There is no additional fee for parking at the River Cree Resort.
Can I arrive/leave early or late?
All booths must be active from:
10:00 am – 4:00 pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2024
12:15 pm – 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2024
*Tradeshow hours may change as the conference schedule is finalized.
- Tradeshow set up is Tuesday, November 5, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Wednesday, November 6, 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
- Tradeshow tear down is Thursday, November 7, not before 4:00 p.m.
- Exhibitors are not permitted to tear down before 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2024

I am getting a booth. Where will it be and what can I bring?
Tradeshow will be placed in the Enoch Ballroom.
This space is accessible to the public, and we will provide you with a separate locked space to store items overnight.
The booth will have a 6' table and two (2) chairs. Each booth will have an electrical outlet and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
You are welcome to bring anything from pop-up banners and branded tablecloths to handouts and medical devices or samples.
